Please bring a WATER BOTTLE (it won't be as easy to run to the water fountain for a drink while on the bike) and a TOWEL to all cycling classes.  Plan on arriving it least 5-10 minutes early to all cycling classes to ensure that you don't lose your space as well as to get your bike adjusted.  If you are late to a class you are subject to lose your bike.
